Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım has met with German Chancellor Prime Minister Angela Merkel 

Participating in the 53rd International Munich Security Conference, Yıldırım joined for  breakfast meeting with his counterpart Angela Merkel. The meeting which took place at the Bayerischer Hof Hotel in Munich, took about 50 minutes.

The meeting was attended by EU Minister and Chief Negotiator Ömer Çelik, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavusoglu, Youth and Sports Minister Akif Çağatay Kılıç, National Defense Minister Fikri Işık, Turkey's Ambassador to Berlin Ali Kemal Aydin and other officials.

German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel, Federal Government Spokesman Steffen Seibert, Chief Adviser for Foreign Policy, Security and Development Policy Christoph Heusgen, Finance Adviser Lars Hendrik Röller and German General Manager for Turkish affairs Detlef Wachter also participated in the meeting.
