Turkish Cypriot President Dervis Eroglu and Greek Cypriot Leader Demetris Christofias met Wednesday at a weekly meeting at the buffer zone in Lefkosa under the extensive talks aimed finding lasting solution to the Cyprus issue.
Turkish Cypriot News Agency (TAK) reported that the two leaders got together to continue discussing the "property" topic. UN Secretary-General's Special Advisor on Cyprus Alexander Downer also attended the meeting.
The two leaders will also get together at a dinner in Eroglu's residence in Lefkosa.
Eroglu's predecessor Mehmet Ali Talat and Greek Cypriot leader Demetris Christofias got together 71 times under the extensive settlement talks, which began on September 11, 2008.
