Turkish security officials have cracked a major drug trafficking case in the eastern province of Van on Sunday after seizing 106 kilograms of heroin, local police said.
Police forces found around 100 kilograms of heroin packed in a car on the Van-Baskale highway.
The driver and an accompanying passenger were both arrested.
Their identities were not released.
