Blast in eastern Turkey causes injuries - agency

An explosion occurred in the eastern Turkish province of Van on Tuesday, injuring several people, state-run Anatolian news agency reported.

It said the cause of the blast, in the Ozalp district of Van, was not clear. News broadcaster CNN Turk said the blast occurred behind a barracks.
