Rescuers have reached Friday bodies of three miners who were trapped in a coal mine after a fire two days ago.
An official said that three miners were found 900 meters down from the mine mouth.
15 workers were trapped in the privately-owned mine in Kesan town of the northwestern province of Edirne on Wednesday after a fire that caused collapse of a gallery. Workers were laying tracks inside the mine. 12 of them have managed to get out, however, three miners were buried.
"We are very sorry. Three miners have been found dead," Edirne Governor Gokhan Sozer said.
