A 10-kilometer (6 mile) queue has formed at a southern Turkish crossing as clashes escalate across the border in the Syrian city of Aleppo.
Vehicles carrying relief supplies waited in line at the Oncupinar border crossing Tuesday as traffic stretched out behind them.
Oncupinar is the main crossing through which Syrian refugees have been entering Turkey.
Suleyman Tapsiz - the governor for the nearby province of Kilis - told an Anadolu Agency correspondent that authorities were following the situation closely.
On Monday, two car bombs exploded five minutes apart at Syria's Bab al-Hawa border crossing - the point at which traffic crosses into Syria from Turkey's Cilvegozu border gate.
Cilvegozu is around 100-kilometers (60 miles) from Oncupinar in southern Turkey.
