"Syrian regime going through its last days"

Turkey's Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan on Saturday said that the Syrian regime was going through its last days.
Speaking to reporters while returning to Turkey from a trip to Africa, Caglayan said that a Prime Ministry motion that was approved by the Turkish Parliament earlier this week and that authorized the Turkish government to send troops abroad was not necessarily about a war.

The motion sends the message that the Turkish government has the authorization to declare war if necessary, Caglayan noted.

This motion was approved as a deterrent, Caglayan underlined.
