Turkish Football Federation (TFF) decided that Turkcell Super League clubs could sign contract with ten foreign players in 2010-11 season.

The clubs currently have the right to sign eight foreign players, and six of them can play in the field, while two can be on bench.

TFF stated on Tuesday that clubs could sign ten foreign players in the new soccer season. Eight can be in game line-up, and six of these eight players can play in the field, and remaining two can be on bench.

The champion of 2009-2010 season in Turkcell Super League was Bursaspor.
