Director General of the Forestry Department in the Turkish capital of Ankara, Mustafa Ozkaya said on Sunday that they planned to produce 25 million young plants in 2012 and that they would distribute around 1 million young plants to Ankara residents free of charge.

The department's plans came in order to make Ankara greener among European capitals.
