Turkey will teach industrial automation to prospective teachers from Central Asia and the Middle East at Izmir's Mazhar Zorlu Technical and Industry Vocational High School.

A project on spreading industrial automation technologies in Central Asia and the Middle East was implemented after the Turkish International Cooperation Agency (TIKA), Turkey's Ministry of National Education and Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed an agreement.

The three-year project at the Mazhar Zorlu Technical and Industry Vocational High School will be attended by prospective teachers from Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan and Palestine.
