A Turkish F4 fighter jet has crashed in the Kangal district in Turkey’s Sivas province. Two soldiers, Major Serdar Çeliker and Captain Fatih Tüm, were taken to the local hospital for treatment of their injuries. After receiving first aid treatment, they were airlifted to a state hospital in Malatya.
The two injured pilots were found 5 km just outside of the Kangal district.
The deputy governor of Sivas Mustafa Aydın announced that the plane came down at around 15:15 local time and the two pilots escaped by parachuting down from the crashing jet.Güncelleme Tarihi: 30 Eylül 2013, 16:51
