An association of pharmacists in Turkey has sent to Pakistan fresh drinking water in a bid to help relief efforts after the worst flood disaster the country had faced.
Pharmatic Association has delivered fresh the aid to the Turkish Red Crescent Society on Tuesday, the association said in a statement.
The flood in Pakistan left over 21 million people homeless, destroying 1.3 million houses. Over 3.5 million children are at risk of deadly diseases due to shortage of fresh water.
