Three armed attacks in the Iraqi province of Al-Anbar kill 3 soldiers and wound 10 others

Armed attacks kill 3 soldiers in Iraq

Armed attacks targeting security forces in the Iraqi province of Al Anbar killed 3 soldiers and wounded 10 others.

Unknown armed assailants attacked a military checkpoint on the Iraqi-Syrian border, killing two soldiers and wounding 2 others. The assailants were reported to have captured the arsenal at the checkpoint.

In addition, a suicide attack held in Al Anbar's Ramadi city killed one captain named Mohamed Saad while wounding 7 other soldiers.

Meanwhile, another military officer was reported to have been injured in a blast which occurred at a military vehicle pass.

No one has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
