Iraqi security and medical officials say two car bombs exploded in the Baghdad area on April 14, killing at least eight people.
The second car bomb struck a residentila section of Mahmudiyah, south of Baghdad.
According to the AFP news agency said at least four people were killed and 13 wounded.
However, the Associated Press put the death toll in that bombing at seven. A car that was filled with explosives blew up as people waited in line outside a bakery.
The blasts came a day after police seven people were killed and 31 wounded in attacks in western Baghdad and two others died in a roadside bomb blast north of the capital.
