Saudi Arabia has designated a one million square meter vicinity in the Holy City of Mecca to build a complx dedicated to the Prophet Muhammad and his teachings.
Called the "Peace be upon the Prophet" project, the center will include an exhibition, university, electronic gate center, library, translation center, hotels and other facilities, the Saudi Gazette reported on Tuesday.
Due to be built on the Haram boundaries along the Al-Haramain Expressway, it will also serve as a printing press house for a new 500-volume, 350,000-page encyclopedia about the Prophet Muhammad and his companions.
“The exhibition will consist of Allah’s 99 names, an explanation of the Prophet’s character and manners, Islam and other prophets and messengers,” the Gazette informed.Güncelleme Tarihi: 27 Mayıs 2014, 17:16
