TURKEY 

ISTANBUL - President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to meet with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, separately, at Tarabya Presidential Residence.

ISTANBUL - The 22nd World Petroleum Congress (WPC), the largest meeting of the oil and gas industry, to start at the Istanbul Convention Center. Turkey's Energy and Natural Resources Minister Berat Albayrak to attend the ceremony.
