TURKEY 

ANKARA – President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to attend an event at Bestepe National Congress and Culture Center as part of April 16 referendum on constitutional changes. Erdogan will later chair National Security Council meeting.

UNITED KINGDOM

LONDON - Prime Minister Theresa May to trigger Article 50 and officially begin the Brexit process. She is also expected to comment on Scottish parliament's vote on a second independence referendum.  

GERMANY

BERLIN - German foreign minister to host a meeting with ethnic Turkish lawmakers, amid recent tensions between Berlin and Ankara. German interior and integration ministers will also attend.

FRANCE

PARIS- London Mayor Sadiq Khan to hold talks in Paris ahead of Britain's move to trigger Article 50, beginning the formal process of leaving the EU.
