TURKEY'S BIG SUCCESS IN DIPLOMACY
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan left for Iran to attend a signing ceremony when parties agreed to hold nuclear swap via Turkey. The world relieved after nuclear bomb crisis ended with Ankara's efforts. Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu's efforts to convince Iran for 18 hours have yielded results, and Iran accepted nuclear swap to be made via Turkey. Uranium will be exchanged with western countries in Istanbul.

WRONG ANNOUNCEMENT SCANDAL
During Fenerbahce-Trabzonspor game, an announcement was made that Bursapor drew 2-2 with Besiktas. The fans of Fenerbahce began celebrating the championship. However, it was learned that the announcement was wrong. The joy of Fenerbahce fans turned into a shock.

BURSASPOR BECOME CHAMPIONS
Bursaspor have became only the fifth club to clinch the Turkish league title. Players and supporters of the soccer club burst into joyful tears after a 2-1 triumph against Besiktas. Fenerbahce who had entered the final day with a one point lead over Bursaspor, failed to secure the title following a 1-1 draw with Trabzonspor. Frustrated supporters set tribunes on fire at Fenerbahce's Sukru Saracoglu stadium.

WE WILL CUT TAXES IN AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR
Industry & Trade Minister Nihat Ergun vowed to cut taxes in automotive sector after meeting with representatives of the sector. He also heralded that test centers would be established and older vehicles would be withdrawn from traffic.

In an historic day for Turkish soccer, Bursaspor who managed to defeat Besiktas, won the championship when Fenerbahce drew with Trabzonspor. After 52 years, a fifth team other than the four greats (Besiktas, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray, Trabzonspor) won the championship.
Bursaspor won the championship for the first time in their history when they managed to defeat Besiktas 2-1 in a hard won victory.

SURPRISING VISIT TO TEHRAN
When Iran accepted Turkey's and Brazil's nuclear swap formula, Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan went to Iran with a surprising decision. Erdogan who was expected to go to Baku, changed his plans and flew to Tehran.
Before his departure, Erdogan said Iran agreed to exchange its uranium in Turkey, and he was paying a joint visit to Iran with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.

BURSA BECOME FIFTH GREATEST TEAM
Bursaspor became only the fifth club to clinch the 52-year Turkish league title. It was also the second soccer club from Anatolian part of Turkey which became champions of the Turkcell Super League after Trabzonspor won the title 26 years ago. Bursaspor's 2-1 triumph against last year's champions Besiktas turned the northwestern province of Bursa into joyous scene of celebrations.

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan referred to the video tape and criticized Deniz Baykal, former leader of the country's main opposition party, "while we were working on the Constitution at the parliament, Mr. Baykal was in somewhere else." He said at an inauguration in Bayindir town of the western province of Izmir that the Republican People's Party (CHP), the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) and the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP), which did not support the government's constitutional amendment package, were soul mates.

CHP IS BOILING
The rapprochement between Kemal Kilicdaroglu and Onder Sav is being voiced in the backstage as the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) is getting ready for the congress in the weekend. Some say Kilicdaroglu is getting ready to announce his candidacy in a couple of days. They say that Kemal Kilicdaroglu wanted the assembly candidates to be a determined as bloc list.
Following Ali Topuz, Esref Erdem and Yasar Agyuz also said they don't want Baykal to return.

TURKEY TO BECOME VENUE OF URANIUM SWAP
As western countries are increasing the pressure exerted on Iran to halt its nuclear program, Brasil and Turkey convinced Iran to comply with the requests of the International Atomic Energy Agency. Tehran accepted the method of taking the uranium it possessed outside Iran. Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadi-Nejad and Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan will sign the agreement today.
According to the agreement Iran will take 1200kg of uranium it possesses to outside of its borders. In return the western countries will provide Iran with enriched uranium to be used in its Tehran Medical Research Reactor. The venue of swap will be Turkey.

BURSASPOR, FIFTH GREAT TEAM
Now, there is a fifth great team in Turkcell Super League: Bursaspor. In the championship race, Fenerbahce soccer team drew 1-1 with Trabzonspor. Bursaspor, who were expecting Fenerbahce to lose point, defeated Besiktas 2-1, and became champions for the first time in their history. While people were celebrating championship with great excitement in the northwestern province of Bursa, several incidents occurred in Kadikoy district of Istanbul.

NUCLEAR CONDITION FOR VISA
Russian officials, who objected to lifting of visa requirements for Turks, were convinced when their nuclear power plant demand was met. Russia is waiting for the approval of Turkish Parliament for setting up a nuclear power plant in Akkuyu hamlet of the southern province of Mersin.

NUCLEAR FUEL SWAP TO BE MADE IN TURKEY
An 18-hour meeting to hold enriched uranium swap in Turkey has yielded results, and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan surprisingly left for Iran yesterday. According to the agreement which is expected to be announced today, Iran will send 1,200 kg of uranium to Istanbul. The uranium will be controlled under the supervision of an international delegation, and it will be stored in a special facility in Sarayonu or Cekmece Nuclear Center.

BORDER-OPENING BARGAIN IN BAKU
Following his meetings in Tehran, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will proceed to Azerbaijan. During Erdogan's visit to Baku, officials will also discuss reducing the number of cities to two from which Armenia will withdraw within the scope of Karabakh move.

CHAMPIONS BURSA
A soccer club from Anatolian part of Turkey has became champions of the Turkcell Super League after 26 years. Bursaspor also became only the fifth club to clinch the 52-year Turkish league title. Fenerbahce had entered the final day with a one point lead over Bursaspor. But a goal from Pablo Batalla and an own goal from Ibrahim Toraman of Besiktas sealed the victory and handed Bursaspor the title with 75 points, one more than Fenerbahce.
At the end of the final matches, Bursa became joyous scene of celebrations while Fenerbahce's Sukru Saracoglu stadium was set on fire by frustrated supporters after Fenerbahce failed to secure the title following a 1-1 draw with Trabzonspor. Many people were injured.

DEAL WITH IRAN
Foreign ministers of Turkey, Iran and Brazil have agreed on a formula about nuclear fuel swap deal between Iran and western countries. After the agreement, Prime Minister Erdogan left for Iran. The final agreement is expected to be made by Prime Minister Erdogan and President Mahmud Ahmadinejad later in the day. Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu also confirmed the agreement on the nuclear fuel swap deal, "yes, it has been reached after almost 18 hours of negotiations."

ANATOLIAN REVOLUTION
Bursaspor saw the finish line in the breathtaking race in the Super Soccer League. Bursapsor who defeated Besiktas won the championship as Fenerbahce lost against Trabzonspor in Kadikoy, Istanbul. City of Bursa celebrated the championship until the morning. Bursa repeated the success of Trabzonsor who were the last Anatolian team to become champions in Turkey's major soccer league. Bursa became the Anatolian team that won the most points in the league.

NIGHTMARE IN KADIKOY
Fenerbahce fans who came to Kadikoy to celebrate the championship tasted sadness first and terror later. As Fenerbahce failed to score in numerous attacks, they drew 1-1 with Trabzonspor, and lost the championship. After the final whistle, Kadikoy stadium literally turned into hell and fire squads put out the fire that broke in the stadium.
The announcement that was made in the stadium in overtime, telling that Bursaspor drew with Besiktas 2-2, devastated the players and fans who cheered as they thought they won the championship.
