SANCTIONS SHOULD BE DROPPED FROM AGENDA
Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan made a call to the the world from Brazil:
"A step was taken, sanctions to Iran should not come to the agenda anymore."
Erdogan who held a joint press conference with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said "Iran is making the nuclear investments for peaceful purposes. We are behind this agreement," said Erdogan.
DUEL IN GENOVA
The host country of the 2016 European Soccer Championship, for which candidates Turkey, Italy and France are competing, will be announced today. It is expected to be a close race between Turkey and France. Upon learning that President Abdullah Gul will be in Geneva to raise support for Turkey, French President Nicholas Sarkozy also decided to go to Switzerland.
GERMANY PREPARES NEW MOVE ON IMAGE IN TURKEY

KAZAKHSTAN'S AIR SYSTEM FROM ASELSAN
Turkey's defense company Aselsan will export technology to Kazakhstan. The air defense system needed by Kazakhstan will be jointly manufactured by Aselsan and Kazakhstan Engineering Corporation. The air defense system will be manufactured at factories owned by Kazakhstan Engineering Corporation.
JOINT PLANE MANUFACTURING WITH BRAZIL
During the visit he paid to Brazil within the scope of his tour of Latin America, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Turkey desired to carry its relations with Brazil to a strategic level. Speaking at Turkey-Brazil Business Forum, Erdogan also noted that he was the first Turkish prime minister to visit Brazil.

Republican People's Party's (CHP) objection to the constitutional amendment package approved by the parliament will be assessed by the Constitutional Court next week. Upon a question on whether a decision would be taken on the matter before the referendum, Constitutional Court's head Hasim Kilic said, "We will decide on that issue during our gathering as a board next week".

Turkey's Manga rock group had a successful performance at the second semi-finals of the 55th Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo, Norway on Thursday night and they qualified to participate in the finals. 16,000 spectators applauded Manga's unique performance that was a mixture of Turkish classical and modern Western music.
DECISION DAY FOR EURO 2016
The host for European Football Championship 2016 will be announced in Geneva, Switzerland on Friday. Turkey, France and Italy are competing against each other to be able to host the EURO 2016. President Abdullah Gul flew to Geneva on Thursday night to extend support to Turkey's candidacy.
ATTEMPT TO STEAL PROPERTY FROM JUDICIARY
Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Environment and Forestry and Ministry of Public Works and Housing started a joint work despite the legislation on "the sale of Treasury owned deforested lands."
The Ministry of finance brought together all the National Real Estate directors and cancelled all the vacations. A director who attended the meeting said, "The legislation may be cancelled by the Constitutional Court. But we will make all the arrangements and make the sales."
NEW ERA WITH BRAZIL
Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan who visited Brazil said they wanted to carry relations with this country to the level of strategic partnership. Erdogan who attended the Turkey-Brazil Business Forum in the Federation of Industry in Sao Paulo, said for the first time a Turkish premier was visiting Brazil. "Turkey and Brazil are recording rapid progress in the global level. Erdogan and Brazilian president reiterated that they stood behind the nuclear swap deal.

Addressing a group of businessmen in Brazil, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that a new era began between Turkey and Brazil. "Turkey is a great opportunity for Brazilian businessmen. The dialogue between businessmen opens a new door for the two countries," Erdogan said.
ONE SOLDIER KILLED IN SIRNAK
One soldier died while three others were wounded in a clash with terrorists near Andac village of southeastern Sirnak province's Uludere town. A wide-scale operation was launched in the region after the attack.
HOTTEST SUMMER ON WAY
Meteorology experts said that temperatures would be 1-2 degrees Celsius above seasonal estimations this summer. Temperatures are expected to rise up to 30-35 degrees Celsius all across Turkey this weekend, officials said.
TURKEY TO MANUFACTURE AIRCRAFT WITH BRAZIL
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited the Embraer airplane factory in Brazil and held talks with officials there. Minister of Transportation Binali Yildirim said that Turkey and Brazil placed on their agenda the joint manufacturing of an aircraft. Yildirim said that one billion USD was needed for the prototype aircraft.
HERE IS NEW MIT
42-year-old Hakan Fidan was appointed as the new undersecretary of Turkey's National Intelligence Agency (MIT) at a time when Turkey is going through a tough time both inside and outside the country. With Fidan's appointment, a new term began at Turkey's most important agency.
ORAL EXAM TO BANK MANAGER
From now on, Turkey's Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency will call the director general and deputy director general candidates to be appointed to banks to Ankara and hold face-to-face interviews with them.
Commenting on the new procedure, BDDK's head Tevfik Bilgin said, "People to manage banks are important. Such people are chosen by individuals at the moment".
