At least 21 civilians were killed Tuesday by airstrikes in Syria’s northwestern Idlib city, a pro-opposition civil defense member said.
Omer Ulwan said suspected Russian warplanes carried out ten airstrikes on populated areas in Idlib’s Kusur district.
“At least 18 people were injured in the attacks,” Ulwan said.

The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Syrian regime and armed opposition groups.
