Egypt will receive a second oil shipment from Kuwait on Saturday, Amr Mustafa, deputy chairman of the state-run Egyptian General Petroleum Company, told Anadolu Agency.
The 1.5-million-barrel shipment, which comes as part of a $1 billion grant offered by Kuwait to Egypt, will arrive at Egypt's Suez Port, according to Mustafa.
"Egypt will receive a 34,000-ton shipment of diesel fuel from Kuwait by the end of the month," he said.
The EGPC official added that Egypt would receive a total of 200,000 tons of diesel fuel from Kuwait.
Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE have said they would provide Egypt with $12 billion following last month's ouster of elected president Mohamed Morsi.Güncelleme Tarihi: 21 Ağustos 2013, 17:05
