An explosion broke out in front of a security directorate in the Nile Delta city of Mansoura in Egypt and 12 police officers were reported to be injured.
Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs declared 12 police officers were wounded in a bomb attack which targeted the first storey of Mansoura's security directorate. Security directorate building and the vehicles around were damaged due to the attack and the injured policemen were taken to nearby hospitals.
Ahmed Arif, Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan) media spokesman, made a statement to AA reporter and said: "Ikhwan condemns the attack in Mansoura which shed blood of Egyptian people. Organized crime groups actualize these bloody attacks, not Egyptian people."
On Friday, 3 women were killed during the armed assaults targeting protestors who were holding demonstration against the military coup.
Meanwhile, the crime groups called 'Baltaji' attacked the protestors who held a march protest against the coup at Salem Saleh street in Cairo and 2 people died.
According to the information received from sources of Muslim Brotherhood Organization, the Baltaji group attacked the protestors who marched at Salem Saleh street in order to support the demonstrations in Rabiatul Adaweyah Square against the coup. 2 people died and many were wounded as a result of the assault.
On the other hand, at least 20 people were reported to be injured due to attacks by the group which targeted the protestors demonstrating against military takeover in front of Egyptian presidential palace.
