Michel Kilo, member of the Syrian National Coalition for Opposition and Revolutionary Forces (SMDK), Wednesday said, "If the world abstains to act now, they never will," in relation to the alleged chemical attack that killed hundreds of civilians in the eastern Ghouta region of Damascus attributed to the Syrian regime.

Speaking to Anadolu Agency, Kilo called on UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to send the UN inspectors currently in Syria to the region to investigate the massacre carried out by chemical weapons.

Unless the UN inspectors don't investigate the area, Kilo said there were teams on duty collecting dozens of evidence other than samples from soil and bodies.

Stating that it was interesting that such an attack occurred during the investigation of UN inspectors, Kilo said this was equal to the regime saying, "We don't care about international laws and regulations. We will use every means to win our war against the Syrian people."

Kilo also claimed the Syrian regime could carry out horrific massacres and humanitarian catastrophes under cover of Russia and Iran.
