The Israeli army late on Saturday detained two Palestinians near a fence on the border between the Palestinian Gaza Strip and Israel.
Eyewitnesses told The Anadolu Agency that the Israeli army had detained the two Palestinians as they tried to cross the fence into Israel.
The Israeli army has not commented on the incident yet.
Every now and then, Israel announces the arrest of Palestinians who attempt to cross from the Gaza Strip into Israel in search for work.
Around 20 Palestinians have been arrested since October as they tried to cross from Gaza into Israel to search for jobs, Palestinian legal centers says.
