Kuwait Parliament Speaker Marzouq al-Ghanim called on all parties for dialogue on Monday to stop bloodshed in Egypt.
Kuwaiti State News Agency KUNA quoted al-Ghanim as saying, "Stopping the bloodshed of Muslims is every Muslim's duty. I call on all the parties to practice self-restraint. What's happening in the friendly country of Egypt is saddening. Egypt is the spine of the Arabic world and things happening over there affect the Arabic world directly."
Asking for crisis in the country to end immediately, Speaker al-Ghanim offered condolences to the families of those killed in Egypt.
