Lebanon's Prime Minister Najib Mikati has said they would not close their gates to Syrian borders.
In a press release, Mikati said their administration prepared a plan to improve the state of the refugees and would present it to the cabinet in the new year.
He said the refugee issue has become a burden for Lebanon but they would not close their gates to the Syrian refugees.
