Saudi-led warplanes on Thursday bombed a military camp belonging to the Houthi group and allied former President Ali Abdullah Saleh in capital Sanaa, a tribal source has said.
The source, requesting anonymity, told The Anadolu Agency that the coalition's jet fighters have staged four airstrikes on Al-Samaa camp in northern Sanaa's Arhab district.
Loud explosions could be heard across the district with black smoke billowing into the air from the military camp's direction.
Since March 25, Saudi Arabia and its Arab allies have been pounding positions belonging to the Houthi group across Yemen.
Riyadh says its anti-Houthi campaign comes in response to appeals by embattled President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi for military intervention against Houthis.
