A senior Hezbollah leader has resigned, a source close to the Shiite Lebanese group said Sunday.
Ghaleb Abu Zeinab, a member of Hezbollah political council, had tendered his resignation two days ago for "personal reasons," the source told The Anadolu Agency.
According to the source, Abu Zeinab's resignation has been accepted by Hezbollah leaders.
Abu Zeinab had been responsible for the file of dialogue with Christians in Lebanon.
