Syria's neighbors will hold a meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, in September to discuss the civil war in the country.
Turkey, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon are launching an initiative with the UN to be prepared regarding an exodus of refugees from Syria, diplomatic sources said.
The number of displace people in Syria has been increasing each day. Neighboring countries, on the other hand, are facing dire straits in accepting the rising number of refugees.
UN High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres will also participate in the meeting in Geneva.
