The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) claims that 602 people, including 114 children, have been killed since the start of the Geneva II International Peace Conference on January 24.
"Women and children make up 28% of those killed. This shows that (Syrian President Bashar) Assad's forces target civilians," the SNHR said.
Government forces continue to attack civilian areas with barrel bombs, heavy weapons and rockets, added the SNHR.
The SNHR has called on the international community to force the Syrian government to stop the attacks.
