Yemeni activists on Saturday accused their country's Houthi group of blocking social networking websites across Yemen.
Some of these activists told Anadolu Agency that they could not log on to their Facebook or Twitter account.
Other activists, meanwhile, said they could not access their accounts on Instagram, while others said they could not access WhatsApp.
They accused the Houthi group of blocking social networking websites through the communications agency which it has been controlling for months now.
Nevertheless, the Communications Ministry, which is controlled by the Houthis, said around 75 percent of its internet capacity seized to function because of the damage wreaked out on Yemen's internet network.
Houthis have been blocking a number of opposition internet sites since they controlled most of Yemen.Güncelleme Tarihi: 31 Mayıs 2015, 00:09
