The 21-year-old man was shot in the back by Israeli soldiers in Jabaliya, north of the Gaza Strip, Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qodrah told Anadolu Agency.
The spokesman described as "stable" the health condition of the injured Palestinian.
The Israeli army has yet to comment on the incident.
Last week, at least 17 Palestinians were injured in Israeli gunfire during a protest against Israel-imposed buffer zone along border with the Gaza Strip.
Israel has created a 300-meter buffer zone along border with the Gaza Strip, preventing Palestinian farmers from cultivating their farmland in the area.
