Israeli Ministry of Interior has announced the approval of one thousand and 500 new settlements in Ramet Shalom, Jerusalem.

World court ruled that all Israeli settlements on occupied lands are illegal.

Israeli Minister of Interior Eliyahu "Eli" Yishai said Monday, "The works will continue regarding increasing the number of settlements. The permission of the Ministry for one thousand and 500 new settler homes is an important step in the settling issue."

Israeli government's decision to construct three thousand new buildings in the E-1 settlement in northern Jerusalem was condemned by many countries.
