Rafah border gate, between Gaza and Egypt, was claimed to be kept closed during Eid ul-Fitr.

Egyptian security sources claimed on Wednesday that Rafah border gate was to be kept closed during Eid ul-Fitr after being opened for 4 hours on Wednesday.

The sources said the gate would be opened on Monday again.

The said decision was conveyed to Hamas in Gaza, stated the sources.
