Egyptian authorities on Tuesday extended the opening of the Rafah crossing with the blockaded Gaza Strip for two more days, a Palestinian official said.
“Egyptian authorities have informed the Palestinian side that the terminal will remain open for two more days after allowing it to be open for five days,” Maher Abu Sabha, the head of Gaza's border authority, told.
He said the crossing will be operational on Thursday and Friday in both directions.
