Video footage showing the search conducted by specially authorized prosecutor Fikret Seçen and prosecutor Ali Haydar on Dec. 6, 2010 at the Gölcük Naval Command Base has been made public.

The footage shows officers removing tiles from the floor of the office of Maj. Kemalettin Yakar, who served in the intelligence department, on orders from Seçen. The documents and other equipment seized during the search were found underneath the floor tiles. The footage also shows how the documents were well protected and neatly kept in large bags.

The footage also revealed that the documents were found in the presence of military officers. A naval lieutenant commander noted down ever single item found in the search. The list is in the base's official records. The entire search was filmed.
