Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday said that there were countries which did not want to see an end to PKK terror.

Speaking live on private NTV and Star TV channels on Thursday, Erdogan stressed that Western countries did not want to solve the problem of PKK terror.

"Germany does not want a solution. France does not want a solution," Erdogan underlined.

"These countries do not help us. Instead, they let terrorist heads live on their territory," Erdogan emphasized.

"The most developed countries of Europe extend support to terror", Erdogan noted.

"Scandinavian countries act as an accessory for PKK terror organization. We ask them for the extradition of PKK terrorists. On one hand, they call PKK a "terrorist organization" within the European Union (EU). On the other hand, they let PKK members walk and live freely on their soil. These terrorists collect money and send millions of euros to the organization. Certain countries close their eyes to the illegal human and drug trafficking by the PKK. We reach no where although we remind these countries about the crimes of PKK. There is no international organization that can help us in this matter," Erdogan indicated.

Touching on Turkey's efforts in counter-terrorism, Prime Minister Erdogan underlined that Turkey's intelligence organization would hold talks with any group in order to solve the problem of terror.

Such groups may be certain elements within the terrorist organization or intelligence organizations of other countries that experienced terror in the past, Erdogan noted.
