The Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has said that no firm decision has been made regarding Turkish ground troops in Syria. In a statement made late this evening, Cavusoglu has said that even though Turkey and Saudi Arabia see eye to eye on battling ISIL, a decision to send ground troops has not been made.
