Iranian people assume that mubarak Laylat al-Qadr (the blessed Night of Destiny) is the 19th, 21st or 23rd night in Ramadan .

They gather in mosques on the three nights, named Shab-i Ihya. During the night, everyone seeks the mercy and kindness of Allah.

On the 21th night of Ramadan, hundreds of Iranians streamed into Musallag Mosque in Tahran. They read Cevsen-i Kebir.
